Lois was excellent in explaining what was going to happen, she put me at ease, along with her assistants and whilst nobody wants to go through the experience she made it was easy and painless as possible. Would highly recommend. A great asset to the NHS and to patients. Thank You.

Lois introduced her self and explained everything she was going to do, and also told me that if at any time i felt discomfort, or changed my mind about the proceedure i could ask her to stop. She also told me I could ask as many questions I liked before and after the proceedure. She was there first and formost for my care. Lois is a very caring nurse who is a great asset to Queens hospital. I wish her all the best in every thing she does in the future.

I attend Queens Hospital today fearing the worse. Lois explained the procedure clearly and she and her two nurses were extremely kind, caring and supportive through the procedure. Thankfully it was good news and I feel lucky to have been in their care. Thank you Lois and co!

I was extremely nervous when I went for my test today 12/7/17 as I had no idea of what to expect. I saw a lovely lady called Lois who was very kind and helpful. Although it was a very stressful situation she spent quite some time listening to me and explained everything involved so that I eventually decided to go ahead with the test. Both Lois and the other two ladies were so nice that it put me at ease and made a stressful and embarrassing experience a lot more bearable. I would like to thank them and also the nice lady who performed the ultrasound for their kindness and professionalism.

Thank you for taking the time to give your feedback about your experience at our hysteroscopy clinic. We are aware how nervous some of our ladies can be and it is important to us we are able to reassure ladies and explain as much as we can about the procedure so that they can make an informed decision. I have passed your lovely comments on to my team and ultra sonographer who did your scan.

Lois and her team of 2 were very professional, knowledgeable and caring. She went to great lengths to explain the procedure. I was reassured and made to feel comfortable throughout the procedure, I was also kept informed. I can honestly say that I was dreading this test ,however I was made to feel totally at ease Thank you for your care
